At Writing Retreat Bali, guests were challenged with writing a short passage that could be used in an anthology. It was a fun exercise with a truly amazing group from all around the world. Proceeds from book sales go to Ransel Buku, a project that supplies communities in Kilimantan with children’s books.
‘Think of a memory. Something important to you. Go on. The first thing that comes into your head. Allow the memory to come to you. Go deeper into it. In the next ten minutes, I want you to write about it. Consider the images, colours, textures, rhythms and sounds that you associate with that moment. Go.’

What have I been doing all my life? How have I never seen this? The soundtrack is astounding. And, Sly and Kurt are not the only eye-candy either: Teri Hatcher is an 80’s, lycra, mega-hottie.
