In Spring, the wonderful Collette Davis (www.thematmovement.com and @thematmovement ) and yours truly will be hosting another luxury yoga retreat together, this time in Bali. We’ll be preparing some yogic and culinary treats for our guests, inspired from our Asian travels.

Stillness, refinement and self-care will enchant you in wonderfully sumptuous surroundings – the most beautiful and elegant yoga villa on the island. We’re close to Ubud in the centre of Bali and the heart of the jungle. Come and join the family for the week.
There will be deep, meditative morning practices where we’ll go into our core, connect to our details and sensitize to each moment so we can not only take our asana up to the next level, but we can become more alive. More alert. More intensely aware of what is happening in our bodies and how to listen more carefully through the sweetest refinement of presence.
It will be strong and sensitive in the mornings with nothing but restorative in the evenings. That means bolsters and blankets and wide open space. And, of course, we can do some partner massage too.
Morning practice will be followed by a magnificently prepared vegetarian brunch. Followed by massages, lounging, swimming, walking, resting, reading and snoozing before a restorative evening practice and more outrageously delicious vegetarian food.
Take your time. Ease into the magnificence of this wonderful space. Look after yourself and be looked after. Treat yourself.
